UPDATE: Turns out there was no new run-in with the law for Teen Mom 2's Jeremy Calvert. The reality personality, who was married to Leah Messer, clarified in an Instagram post that the photo he shared of himself handcuffed and in the back of a police car on Sunday wasn't recent.
"Ha found this on my old phone what a night," he captioned the image.

Uh-oh is right! Is Jeremy Calvert spending the end of 2015 behind bars? The Teen Mom 2 dad tweeted a photo of himself on Sunday, December 27, in handcuffs getting into the back of a police car with the caption, “Uh oh.”
Leah Messer’s ex-husband didn’t clarify the context of the situation, leaving some fans to speculate that he might be in jail. But just hours after he shared the photo, Calvert was tweeting to Teen Mom 2’s Randy Houska (the father of Chelsea Houska) about visiting him in South Dakota and bringing his motorcycle. (And it seems unlikely that he would be tweeting from jail.)
The father of Messer’s youngest daughter, Addie, has been more active on social media lately. After divorcing the Teen Mom early this past summer, Calvert has continued to coparent little Addie, despite his out-of-town work on a pipeline.

And it’s clear he misses spending time with the little girl. On December 17, he posted a photo of himself snuggling with his daughter with the words “The pipeline may have my Daddy, but I have his heart” written on it.
Despite Messer’s continued tension with her other ex-husband Corey Simms and his wife, Miranda, the reality star has maintain a strong relationship with Calvert.

On December 9, she posted an article about Calvert attending the chorus concert of Ali, one of her daughters with Simms, writing, “Prime Example of Coparenting and doing the RIGHT thing for the little innocent hearts involved!!”
