The Roloff family finally has something to celebrate! Following the sad news of Little People, Big World stars Matt and Amy Roloff's split after 26 years of marriage, their son, Jeremy Roloff, announced on Saturday, March 15 that he's engaged to marry girlfriend Audrey Mirabella Botti.
"January 16th, 2010 I met Audrey. January 17th, 2010, I was in love. August 15th, 2011 asked her out. March 15th, 2014 I asked this beautiful girl to be mine, and she said yes," the 23-year-old reality star captioned an engagement photo on Instgram. "Drowning in grace." In the professional photo, Jeremy picks his bride-to-be up and shares an embrace while posing on a railroad track.
He later confirmed his exciting engagement news on Facebook with more photos. "Hey everyone! Yes, it is true! This weekend I flew home to Oregon, and I had beautiful intentions. I asked Audrey to marry me!!" he wrote. "We have been SO overwhelmed by the response and are sincerely grateful and thankful for all your support and encouragement. The full story coming soon!"
Botti also posted a photo of her beautiful engagement ring on Instagram. "The question: Audrey Mirabella Botti, will you marry me? The answer: YES!!!!!!!!!!!! You're the one I want to team up with for life," she wrote. "Jeremy James Roloff, to say I'm I love you is an understatement. I'M GETTING MARRIED!!!"
Jeremy is one of Matt and Amy's four children featured on the TLC reality show; other kids are Jeremy's twin brother Zach, 23, daughter Molly, 20, and son Jacob, 17. The couple announced on Wednesday, March 12 that they have decided try a trial separation.
On Facebook Monday, March 17, Matt posted a photo of himself celebrating with his son and future daughter-in-law. "Wedding bells will soon be ringing on Roloff farm," he captioned the adorable snapshot. "We're all so excited for Jeremy Roloff : Photography and his beautiful fiance!!!"
Unfortunately, Amy missed the engagement celebrations. "Amy was traveling so she missed all the excitement," Matt explained on Facebook of his estranged wife. "Can't wait for her to get back late tonight to share in the after glow. Having fun can be tiring . . . Congrats Jer and Audry . . . love and proud of you both. Soon as Amy's back . . . Let the planning begin!! Still can't believe my son Jeremy is now engaged . . . Wow! Exciting."
