Jessa Duggar hinted about sex with her husband Ben Seewald, joking in a cute new interview: "I think we're past the point of side hugs" -- find out if they're thinking about babies!

These two are way past the point of side hugs! 19 Kids and Counting star Jessa Duggar spoke to a local Tennessee radio station on Wednesday, Mar. 11, about her marriage to husband Ben Seewald, joking that they've come a long way from the side hugs.

"We're definitely in love, and well on our way in this newlywed life,” Duggar, 22, told Memphis' FM 100. "And we're just loving it."

She shared how she and her husband like to hit the gym together. "Sometimes, it's really important for a couple to find what they like to do together," she noted. "To find things we have in common. Working out is one of the things we love to do together…. It's really awesome."

Duggar also shared how viewers will still walk up to the couple and ask about their chaperones.

"I think we're past the side hugs," the star — who got married last November in Bentonville, Ark. — said on the show. (The Duggars famously have strict guidelines about courtship, and both Jill Duggar and Jessa waited until marriage to share their first kiss with their husbands. The younger Duggar sister posted her most recent kissing photo with her hubby via Instagram during a vacation in Georgia last week.)

She also noted that the public eye doesn't always match up to reality. "People are just making assumptions," she said of her family's controversial stances. "They don't really know us. And I don't let it affect me."

As for whether she and her hubby plan to have kids anytime soon? "We're looking forward to starting a family, but we don't have any news to say yet," she said. "We're looking forward to kids and also adoption is something we're really praying about… You have to be married for two years before you can adopt."

Luckily, she has Seewald by her side. "I think that the man that I knew and fell in love with the past couple of years, he's definitely that good and he's better," she gushed. "I'm just in awe of how great of a man I've been blessed with."
