During her Monday appearance on The View, Simpson said that Mayer's overshare was "embarrassing. I'll walk into a restaurant and I feel like men are looking at me -- but I feel like they're undressing me."

As she's said before, the 29-year-old star quipped that Mayer's apology "doesn't really matter." Would she ever take him back? "He'll never have this napalm again!" she declared.
She also shot down her rumored romance with another singer-songwriter, Billy Corgan. "I can't meet anyone without being married the next week," Simpson complained of Corgan, who helped produce theme song for The Price of Beauty. "He is one of my dear friends... he understands my heart and what I wanted to do."

As for motherhood, the aunt to sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz's one-year-old son Bronx admitted she "can't wait to have kids." The star even has a backup plan: "If I don't have kids by the time I'm 40, my friend Ken Paves and I are going to have kids," she shared, nodding to her openly gay stylist friend, also on hand at The View.

"I'm trying to convince her to do it before the time I turn 40," Paves added. "Which is two years."
Also a clothing designer, Simpson told The View ladies about her latest product: "I'm actually about to put out my denim line: sexy mom jeans!"

Of course the Simpsons arranged for Mayer's comments. Joe probably wrote them out for him to create some drama for her and to try to regain some of the sex appeal she lost when she got old and fat. She needs publicity to promote her reality show. She is aspiring to be the next Bret Michaels or Tila Tequila, so she needs an audience of at least 12 people to be considered successful on vh1.

I don't think she is parading herself. John Mayer said what he said and she is getting the publicity. Like she asked him to say that? I think if the men are undressing her with their eyes, it started in her daisy dukes. She is nothing to look at now for sure! I have never thought she was pretty or smart! After she came out with that song "With you" (not sure if that's the title) But she announced that she is more successful then Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
