Jessica Simpson "Fired Up" to Show "Fattening Hut" Visit
Ready for Jessica Simpson's return to reality TV? She sure is!
"I'm so fired up for everyone to see what my friends and I discovered the last 4 months!!!" Simpson, 29, Tweeted on Thursday.

She linked to VH1's page for her new series The Price of Beauty, in which she travels the world -- along with friends Cacee Cobb and Ken Paves -- on a quest to see "what defines beauty" for women around the world.

Her stops include a "fattening hut" in Uganda. Her dad Joe Simpson explained to UsMagazine.com: "In Uganda, fat is beautiful. So the bigger you are, the more beautiful you are. [Jessica] was with a girl who had been in a hut preparing for her wedding for two months and 25 days on a 5,000 calorie-a-day diet."
The star also munched on fried cockroaches (the bugs are reportedly hair-healthy) and walked a couture runway in Paris.

The show debuts March 15. Simpson will tout the series on The Oprah Winfrey Show March 3.

I am a big fan of hers and have been since before she married Nick. She's so pretty and funny and a good singer as well. I'm interested to see her new show. It looks like it will be good.
I don't work for Jessica and I don't even know her other than what I read, but I can see that all of you haters out there are just jealous because she is pretty. Now I'm not saying she is smart (God knows she is one cookie short of a dozen), but she is pretty. It's just sad that people have to be so cruel and hateful.

I think it's cute that she got this show. Jessica is gorgeous. Nobody can't tell me that she didn't look slammin hot in the Dukes Of Hazzard Movie either. She'll always be a natural beauty and a natural person. I wish she would not have dated John Mayer though. I think he's ugly and she can do better. I wish she was still with Nick but I know that's over. I like her sister too and I don't care who likes these girls. So what if they have mad mistakes. Who hasn't?
I'd love to look like her and she's not fake compared to most celebrities. I will say she can be very silly but nobody is perfect. Why excpect perfection out of her or anyone else? Have some fun.

Lanie, Jessica is not genuine, she has admitted in interviews that she is a liar. she is using her fans to make more money for her and her creepy pervert father. plus, she makes up crap like she was in a abusive relationship but she would not say who abused her leading many to believe that it was Nick.
Jessica's just not the gorgeous person she once was before and during Newlyweds. Once she hit 25 her looks went way downhill. she just gets uglier with age.
I'm sure everyone that participated, and saw the stumpy tranny with too much plastic surgery and fake hair, and wondered why America's idea of beauty was so, emmm, mannish?

She looks beautiful in that picture. I have always liked Jessica - she seems so genuine. I am not a fan of Ken Paves though - not from what I have seen of him in interviews, but will still watch.
The concept of the show sounds interesting but there is one major problem that will cause folks not to watch and it rhymes with Messica Dim son.
