Four years into her relationship with fiance Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson couldn't be happier. The two celebrated their fourth anniversary on Wednesday, May 21, and to mark the occasion, Simpson posted a sweet message to her hubby-to-be on Instagram.
"Happy 4yr anniversary, baby!!" she wrote alongside a picture of them kissing. "I am so honored to be the mother of your babies and loved by you every moment."
A few hours later, she shared a photo of them posing together in front of what looks to be a Snoopy painting in Tom Everhart's studio. In the pic, Simpson, 33, shows off her toned body in a short blue skirt with a black-and-white striped top. Johnson, 34, wears jeans and a navy button-down shirt.
"I can't wait to marry you!!!" the bride-to-be captioned the shot. "Best 4yrs of my life!!!" Then, giving a shout-out to the artist, she added, "Thank you @tomeverhartstudio for being an amazing mentor to us all. Happy Birthday...again. :)"
Simpson and Johnson got engaged back in 2010, just a few months after they started dating. They delayed their wedding, though, when she got pregnant with daughter Maxwell, 2, and then son Ace, 10 months. As Us Weekly exclusively reported in May of this year, they now plan to tie the knot in a wedding over the July 4 holiday weekend.
