Talking to Extra, Kelly revealed the conversation became emotional as the two young Duggar family members started talking about their brother, and the allegations he's facing since news of the molestations became public

And having previously outed themselves as two victims of their brother's actions, Jill and Jessa will reveal that the entire family received official counseling to help them get through the troubled times, when Josh was a teenager.

Kelly explains the mood was initially fairly relaxed when she sat down with the 19 Kids and Counting stars.

"They started off as your normal 22, 24-year-old girls, a little bubbly, kinda giggly, and then when we did get into it, the tears started to flow. Imagine how painful that would be. They never chose to have this piece of their family story put out there, and I think they are struggling with what people are assuming about their family and about what happened to them," she told Extra.

On the subject of forgiveness, Kelly says the message was clear. He has been forgiven. "They told me that," she said. "They also talked about the journey from the pain to the forgiveness, and it was not without some bumps in the road. All of the children went through counseling, all of them, not just Josh, not just the victims, all of them went through licensed therapist counseling to try to get through what happened," she added.

For Kelly, the ultimate aim is to talk to Josh himself, in the hope of helping the public understand more about the complex situation.

"Of course, I would love to talk to Josh," she said. "He’s really the best one to talk about what happened and why, and where he is today. I think that is what a lot of people are wondering,” she continued. "What does it mean? Does this make him a child molester? Do you have to worry about him on an ongoing basis? He has three young children and one on the way. He’s around a lot of young children," she added.

The interview will air on Fox News tonight at 9 p.m.
