Jimmy Fallon Falls, Injures Hand During Harvard Lampoon Award Celebration

Jimmy Fallon was rushed to the hospital after he tripped, fell and injured his hand while being honored by the Harvard Lampoon on Saturday, Oct. 24

Oh no! Jimmy Fallon cut his hand open after he tripped and fell while holding a bottle of Jagermeister at Harvard University on Saturday, Oct. 24.

The Tonight Show host, 41, was being honored by the Harvard Lampoon, the university’s celebrated humor magazine, when he tripped over a girl kneeling in front of him. But Fallon assured fans that despite the grisly injury, he is just fine.

“Nothing that a few band aids couldn’t fix,” Fallon captioned a pic he shared on Instagram of his bandaged hand.

Earlier this month, former Tonight Show host Jay Leno took the driver’s seat on the show after Fallon faked an injury during his monologue.

And this past summer, the accident-prone TV star actually hurt his other hand back in June, after he tripped and fell at home. He subsequently had to cancel a taping of The Tonight Show.

“Tweeting with one hand,” he wrote alongside a pic of his bandaged hand. “Tripped and caught my fall. Ring caught on side of table almost ripped my finger off.”
