Priceless presents. Joey and Rory Feek celebrated Christmas on Friday, December 25, among family and loved ones, a momentous occasion that they captured and shared on Facebook.

“… celebrating Christmas with Joey, surrounded by family,” Rory captioned a sweet photo of the whole gang gathered in a living room filled with happy faces and wrapped boxes. “The best gift of all. Thank you Lord.”

In the photo, Joey, 40, sits foremost in the photo, smiling brightly over her right shoulder.

The country singer was diagnosed with stage IV cervical cancer in 2014, but decided to halt all treatments in November after chemotherapy was deemed ineffective. Her husband — and other half of country duo Joey + Rory — has been documenting their home life ever since on his personal blog and on Facebook.

In November, Rory noted in a post that Joey was hoping for a Christmas miracle — to live to see the holiday, or even their daughter Indiana's second birthday in February.

“Joey’s hope never fades. No amount of pain or medicine can touch it. It runs too deep," he wrote at the time. "It’s connected to her faith in God. And as she will tell you, God can do anything.”

On Thursday, the 49-year-old singer shared a cute video of their baby girl enjoying some time on a swings with her older stepsisters Heidi and Hopie (Rory’s daughters from a previous marriage).

And earlier this month, the family was paid a very special visit from a surprise visitor: Santa Claus.

Rory explained that some friends of theirs had sent a box full of goodies that were “going to be delivered in a special way,” which turned out to be via direct delivery from Old Saint Nick himself.

“When the presents were opened and his work was through, Santa found a spot next to Joey and made himself at home — just like an old friend,” Rory recalled in a touching post. “He said he knew our music (I had no idea Santa was a country music fan) and was a little nervous about coming to see us this evening — not knowing what to expect — or if Joey would be up for their visit. But I think once he saw my bride sitting on the couch and smiling when he came in, and enjoying the evening… he settled in and hopefully had as good a time as we did.”
