A sexual harassment case involving John Travolta continues to unfold.
According to RadarOnline.com, a second masseur has stepped forward to accuse the 58-year-old actor of sexual battery. The news comes just days after the lawsuit was filed by the initial masseur suing Travolta for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The case details two separate occasions: the first alleged incident reportedly took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel in January 2011, the second at a resort in Atlanta, Georgia in January 2012.
Both times, the masseurs, who have had separate incidents, claim that Travolta both touched them inappropriately and tried to convince them to perform sexual acts on him.
Upon the initial accusation, Travolta's rep told RadarOnline.com: "This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been identified with a name even though it is required to do so. On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."
In November 2010, the actor and his wife Kelly Preston welcomed their son Benjamin Hunter Kaleo Travolta into the world. Benjamin is the third child for the couple, who have been married for 20 years -- they're also parents to daughter Ella Bleu, 12. Tragically, their eldest child, son Jett, died in January 2009 at age 16 after suffering a seizure.
