While a source confirms to Us Weekly that Amber Heard has been granted a restraining order against Johnny Depp, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor is currently oceans away from his wife.

Depp, 52, spent Friday, May 27, with his Hollywood Vampires bandmates Alice Cooper and Joe Perry, getting ready for their gig at the Rock in Rio Lisboa music festival.

But first, the band helped an elderly woman get fitted for a hearing aid as part of their partnership with the Starkey Hearing Foundation.

“#JohnnyDepp, #AliceCooper, #RobertDeleo and #BruceWitkin of the #HollywoodVampires fit and adjust hearing aids in a lovely woman in Lisbon, Portugal before their performance at @rockinriolisboa,” the band’s Instagram account captioned a black-and-white video montage of the event. “The #HollywoodVampires have partnered with the Starkey Hearing Foundation since they started performing in order to bring awareness to this foundation who change lives by bringing hearing aids to impoverished corners of the world where the hearing impaired are often unable to participate in life.”

(The Hollywood Vampires formed in 2015, with band members Depp, Cooper and Perry. Robert DeLeo, Bruce Witkin, Matt Sorum and Tommy Henriksen serve as touring musicians.)

Depp’s charitable work comes as Heard, 30, claims that she is a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her husband, according to reports.

The London Fields actress filed divorce papers on Monday, May 23, after 15 months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their sudden split.

Depp later reportedly asked the judge to deny Heard’s request for spousal support.

In a statement to Us Weekly, the Hollywood veteran said that he hopes the legal proceedings can be dealt with swiftly.

“Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life,” his rep told Us in a statement on Thursday, May 26. “Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.”

Prior to the pair’s relationship (they met on the 2009 set of The Rum Diary and went public with their relationship in 2012), Depp was in a 14-year relationship with actress Vanessa Paradis. He and the French singer-actress share two children together, Lily-Rose, 17, and Jack, 14.
