Shotgun! JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers documented their road trip to Dallas on Wednesday, August 10, and Fletcher slept almost the entire way.
“DALLAS – we are coming home!! 10 hour road trip… HERE.WE.GO 🙏 @JRodgers11,” the season 12 Bachelorette tweeted as they began their journey to their new home on Wednesday.
Early into their road trip, however, Fletcher fell asleep. Rodgers, who was driving, kept himself entertained by documenting her snoozefest on social media.
“The #JoJosleepswatch2016 is underway on this road trip. 25min and counting…Vegas needs odds on this @JoelleFletcher #partyof1,” her new fiancé tweeted.
To be fair, the couple did start their journey at 4:30 a.m.
“46min in and we have movement… #JoJosleepswatch2016 #partyof1,” Rodgers followed up on Twitter. “FALSE ALARM folks…just a nose itch and a reposition. Back on the clock! #JoJosleepswatch2016 #partyof1.”
The ESPN commentator then attempted to wake his fiancée by recording a dubsmash.
“I mean I thought at least this would work… #JoJosleepswatch2016 #partyof1,” he tweeted, along with a video of him screaming into the camera as Fletcher snoozes away.
Rodgers also Snapchatted his future wife. “What a sleeping angel,” he wrote alongside a photo of Fletcher asleep with the floral crown filter on.
Two hours later, she finally woke up.
“I’m going to kill @JRodgers11 — better always sleep with 1 eye open after those snaps… #paybacksabitch,” she tweeted, before documenting their pitstop at her favorite eatery, Chipotle, with the hashtag “#JoJoisawake2016.
