Update: Jon Gosselin Demands $10K for Appearance; Rejects Octomom

What Jon Gosselin wants: $10,000 to $12,000 for a radio appearance.
What he doesn't want: Octomom Nadya Suleman.
Reps for the reality dad, 32, demanded "10-12K" to guest-host the MJ Morning Show, a radio show based in Tampa, Fl., TMZ reports.

Why such a hefty fee? The rep explained that Gosselin is "quite funny, sharp witted and interesting" and his appearance would be a "high point for the show." The station had already offered two first-class plane tickets and hotel room plus limo service for their would-be guest star, and turned down Gosselin's five-figure request.
(Update: Gosselin's rep told Access Hollywood that the radio station's claim is "Not true, radio looking for press off Jon. We turned them down.")

Meanwhile, the father of eight is drawing the line when it comes to his love life. After Nadya Suleman, 34, revealed her crush on Gosselin to RadarOnline ("I think he's hot!" she chirped) Monday, Gosselin didn't respond in kind.

"No way!" he told the website today. "I want to get through this divorce and focus on my kids. . . it's kind of weird though."
Gosselin is currently involved with Hailey Glassman, 22.

I can't wait until Jon has another epiphany and realize that he is a loser.
The radio station posted a copy of the e-mail from Jon's rep, Matt Kirschner of Talent Resources, requesting $10-12K. They posted it to prove it because reps were denying the claim. Can't Jon or his reps ever tell the truth? What's worse is they're doing it when they know that it can be proven. I listen to the MJ Morning Show and they said this morning that he did want $10,000 and that they said no. His rep later went on to say the radio station was lying and just wanted press off of Jon. MJ was pissed this morning on his show!

Little confused about this...uh, who would pay $10K to see or hear Jon Gosselin? In a few weeks we are not going to hear any more from these parents. Thank goodness.

The woman you are criticizing at every turn and on every show that will have you is the mother of your children, duh. Go find a real job so you can support your children. As bad as Kate was she did not have these children all by her lonesome...and a Nurses salary is NOT enough to support them all and save for college. Jon seems only interested in his "fame", and wonderful 22 year old soulmate. Boy when this guy has no more money left, and no more interviews and media attention...NO MORE HAILEY. Ooooooohhhhh, okay, so Jon's plan is to ignore, alienate, and humiliate his kids while the divorce is in progress, THEN he's going to "focus on my kids." Great plan, dumba$$; they're really going to want to spend time with you then, after you've flaunted your girlfriends all over the world, bad-mouthed their mother to anyone with a microphone willing to pay you, ended the show they've been in for years (and their livelihood, since you don't pay diddly), and then had OTHER media and tabloids take videos and pictures of them because THEY were willing to pay you. I wouldn't pay 10 CENTS for an appearance fee for this mouth-breathing butthead, let alone $10K!
I wish both of them would disappear from the news shows and magazines. I just feel so sorry for the kids, they do have a daddy anymore....
