Jon Gosselin's NYC Apartment Vandalized

Jon Gosselin's apartment in New York City has been vandalized, UsMagazine.com confirms.
The reality star, 32, found his bachelor pad burglarized and ransacked when he returned on Saturday after spending Christmas with his eight children in Pennsylvania, his rep tells Us.

"This is no minor incident," Gosselin's rep tells Us. "The police are investigating. He walked into his apartment and it was a disaster. The couch was cut up, his kids' Wii is missing, his blu ray DVD player is gone, the pots and pans are gone, the couch was sliced up, all of his clothes and shoes are all sliced and torn up. And the knives were left in there."
According to a source, there was $100,000 worth of damage. In addition, a source claims the word "cheater" was carved into the bed headboard and that a butcher knife was used to slice open the mattress.
Another source adds that there was a note on the counter with a knife sticking through it with the signature of what appears to be that of ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.
Hailey and Jon didn't last -- what about these fall 2009 couples?
"Is it convenient that Hailey was just there and moved out this week?" the source says. "Everything was fine, they were friends, talking from time to time, him and Kate are cool and he has to come home to the city to this? Who else would do this? It's sick, like a case of Fatal Attraction."
Although it is still unclear if Glassman, 22, ransacked the apartment, she posted her frustration about her living situation with Gosselin on Twitter Friday.

"FYI That apartment everyone calls Jon's apartment was my apartment as well," she Twittered. "We split rent! He's been living off my family and I."
She also posted that her family "found out a week ago he's been pocketing our rent money 'n not paying the rent!"

You people really hate this guy! So much negativity and anger. Sure, Gosselin's credibility is shotty at best but Hailey Glassman is far from being a saint. We'll find out soon enough who did what once the recorded tapes at Gosselin's nyc apartment complex are revealed. The proof will be in those tapes. In the meantime we (the public) get to engage in yet another spin to the jon and kate plus 8 saga. Will this ever end for these poor souls?!

He did this himself for the publicity. . .and as a ploy to hold off his eviction for non payment on rent. Wow, I totally see why Kate was so frustrated all of the time. Jon is a manipulative child.

Jon was so relaxed on JK+8 which turned greatly once getting out from Kate. It seemed it spun him into the revelation, though, that he's never truly found who he really is and what he stands for, and he therefore spun into extreme's complete utter opposite. Prices are generally always paid for growth, and unfortunately his is large scale and public. Bottom line is, the journeys have to occur to get us there, so we ultimately cannot look back or mourn their details, but instead made right what we can, and respect what we can't. I hope after all of this Kate comes away a nicer and less controlling person (i.e. no more yelling and scolding grown men across toy stores) and Jon the peaceful person it seems he ultimately is, albeit less the confoundness.

Not a fan of either Jon or Kate. Personally think Jon shot himself in the foot by acting the way he did following his separation from Kate. And he certainly paid for it by losing quality custody time with the kids and the house. But for those who "wish" this kind of senseless act on the guy have anger management issues. I hope the cops find and prosecute the idiot(s) who did this.
Well, thankfuly the kids were not there (if they ever are) What I find funny is that Jon ran from his family because Kate was such a B!tch to him. He Quickly picks up a couple young girls, who most likely were more interested in their press time than in a 32yr old balding man with 8 kids, all this before the ink dried on the divorce papers. Now, he left b!tchy Kate and took up with Haily G. who, as it -may- turn out is trying to reinact scenes of Fatal Attraction. -If- true, it would seem Jon really like em' feisty and unstable, and perhaps the down side of his relationships - to him - are that he has to care for someone other then himself.
