They're not husband and wife anymore, but there's still a lot of love between them! Jon Hamm had the perfect partner to celebrate his Emmys 2015 Best Actor in a Drama Series win with on Sunday, Sept. 20 — his former on-screen wife, January Jones.

The duo hung out together at AMC Afterparty, held at Los Angeles' BOA Steakhouse and hosted by Heineken, to celebrate the moment that everyone had been waiting for since Hamm was first nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award back in 2007!

"#Finally" the blonde actress, 37, captioned a photograph of herself and man-of-the-night Hamm, which she shared via Instagram later that evening.

And according to a fellow guest at the party, the celebratory moment shared via Instagram was just one of many the duo had that night, having spent most of their post-Emmy's party together, remembering old times.

"Jon was in an amazing mood," the source tells Us Weekly of Hamm's demeanor at the post-Emmys party. "He spent most of the night nestled in a corner booth with January and a few show runners,” they added.

Apart from one time, when Hamm took a typically Draper-style moment to stand by himself, overseeing the party and taking everything in, having hopped out of his booth to talk to John Slattery, the Mad Men actor remained close to Jones.

But the recently single (Hamm and ex Jennifer Westfeldt split after 18 years together) Emmy-winning actor put a limit on his celebrations, heading out of the party after just an hour and a half.

Earlier that night, Hamm spoke about his excitement of winning an Emmy after eight years of nominations.

"It’s been so nice, honestly, all of it," he told reporters including Us Weekly. "It’s been many, many years and this is the culmination of it."
