In new legal documents obtained by Us Weekly, Josh Duggar not only denies that he ever had sex with porn star Danica Dillon, but also claims that he never even met the woman at all.
The disgraced reality star recently filed legal papers claiming that he wasn’t in Pennsylvania — where Dillon works at a strip club — on the dates their alleged meeting took place.
The 27-year-old also states that he has never set foot inside the strip club or the hotel mentioned in Dillon’s lawsuit. He and his wife, Anna, resided in Arkansas with their four children prior to the scandal.
In November, Dillon filed a $500,000 lawsuit alleging that Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” on two separate occasions when the pair met up to have consensual sex.
The mother of two alleges that the 19 Kids and Counting star first approached her at a Philadelphia strip club back in March, paying her approximately $600 for lap dances and then inviting her back to his hotel room, where she claims he paid her $1,500 to have sex with him.
Things went awry, though, when Duggar allegedly “manhandled” the adult film star and made her feel “as if she were being raped.” Dillon alleges that the pair met up again a few months later, and Duggar treated her roughly again.
A rep for the Duggar family told Us that they did not have a statement at the time.
The eldest Duggar son checked into a long-term faith-based rehab center in Rockford, Illinois, in August, after he was linked to a headline-making hack of infidelity website Ashley Madison.
“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife,” he said in a statement on his family’s website. “I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.”
He and Anna, 27, are parents to four children — Mackynzie, 6, Michael, 4, Marcus, 2, and Meredith, 5 months.
In May, Duggar admitted to molesting five girls in 2002, when he was 14 years old. It was later confirmed that his sisters Jill and Jessa were two of the victims.
