Lindsay Lohan received some good news in court Thursday.
The actress, 24, was summoned to appear at the LAX Airport Courthouse after failing a sobriety test earlier this month. Arriving 15 minutes early, Lohan wore a striped Steve Alan button-up, Sass & Bide pants and Chanel heels, which she topped off with a Rosemark necklace and a Balenciaga bag.
Judge Stephanie Sautner determined that while Lohan did test positive for alcohol, she did not violate her probation, as Judge Elden Fox only required drug and alcohol testing between January 3 – February 25, 2011.
"If you are guilty of some violation of your probation, I don't see it," Sautner told her. "What you are guilty of is extremely poor judgment."
Sautner also informed the Mean Girls star that she is not allowed to host any more parties during the remainder of her house arrest; she can only invite one guest over at a time.
"Don't give people a reason to hate you and don't do things that fly in the face of court's order," Sautner warned Lohan. "Do you want to get on with your life?"
"Yes, I do," the actress responded. "I do."
As Lohan left court, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Us Weekly, "She has done nothing wrong. She has done everything right and let's give her credit for that."
Lohan will next appear in court for a progress report hearing on July 21.
