Julianne Hough still gets butterflies when she sees her boyfriend on TV! During Self's screening of her film, Safe Haven, in New York City Feb. 11, Ryan Seacrest's love of nearly three years raved about the American Idol host's appearance during the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.
"I flew in from Nashville — I was at my sister's baby shower — and I walked in right as he was on and he looked so hot. He looked so cute!" Hough, 24, gushed. "I got all giddy because it was super exciting to see my man on TV. I was so proud of him."
Due to their demanding careers, the stars are often on opposite coasts. Luckily, the two manage to visit each other whenever possible. "We were working really hard [on Safe Haven in North Carolina], so we were really focused, but he came by a few times," Hough said of the KIIS-FM radio host, 38.
Seacrest knows how to make the former Dancing With the Stars pro feel special. "I love having romantic things happen to me!" Hough admitted. "I love fires, so anything to do with a fireplace and wine, I'm in."
Hough added that she has no idea what the TV producer has in store for Valentine's Day. "I know there are plans, but I don't know what they are yet," she told Us Weekly. "I think I might be traveling. I'm not sure where. That's up to my boyfriend!"
