Justin Bieber is ready to ride off into the sunset following his Jan. 23 arrest in Miami for drag racing and a DUI. Traveling to Panama soon after the highly-publicized arrest, Bieber took a ride out into the ocean on a pontoon boat on Sunday, Jan. 26.

The "Boyfriend" singer, 19, was spotted chatting with model and rumored girlfriend Chantel Jeffries while out on the boat. The 21-year-old was wearing a revealing black bikini as the Biebs went shirtless, exposing his boxers while wearing saggy pants.

Though not pictured during the boat ride, his mentor Usher joined the troubled singer on his tropical vacation. The group is staying at Nitro City, an action sports facility located right at the tip of the peninsula on the beach at Punta Chame.

Bieber has attracted plenty of attention during his sojourn, with crowds lining the beach waiting for his boat to land on shore, and watching him partake in outdoor sports like soccer and football.

Following his arrest, Bieber was released on a bail of $2,500 -- $1,000 for the DUI, $1,000 for resisting arrest, and $500 for an expired license.
