About an hour after Taylor Swift called Kanye West "an innocent" in her new song performed at Sunday's VMAs, the rapper had less kind words for himself.
"Let's have a toast for the a**holes," West sang in his own brand-new song, which he debuted a year after ambushing Swift onstage at the 2009 VMAs.
Although the song didn't mention the Swift incident specifically, West, 33, rapped and sang about being less-than squeaky clean in relationships and other dealings.
"Let's have a toast for the douchebag," he sang. "Let's have a toast for the scumbag...every one of them I know."
In Swift's untitled ballad, she sang "Every one of us has messed up too...I hope you remember today's never too late...to be friends with you....You're still an innocent."
She added: "You are not what you did."
