#WizStillWearsCoolPants. Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose aren’t the only ones who made amends early Tuesday, February 2. Kanye West shared that same day that he and Wiz Khalifa made peace following their epic Twitter feud that nearly shattered the internet last Wednesday, January 27.

“Me and Wiz spoke yesterday,” West tweeted to his 18 million–plus followers. “Great convo. All positive.”

Though it remains unclear who first extended the olive branch, the feud itself was initiated by Khalifa. Last Tuesday, the “Black and Yellow” rapper outright dissed West’s upcoming album name, Waves (formerly known as Swish), and suggested it was disrespectful to Max B. Then Khalifa made a reference to “KK,” which West mistook to be about his superstar wife.

“Like, oh that’s Ye and I can put his wife’s initials on my twitter @Wizkhalifa,” West wrote in the first tweet of his now-deleted Twitter rant. The attacks spiraled out of control from there, with West lunging after Amber Rose, who is Khalifa’s ex-wife and West’s ex-girlfriend. “You let a stripper trap you,” the rapper wrote. “You own waves???? I own your child!!!”

The My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy creator also tweeted out several other gems, including, “You have distracted from my creative process” and “#Wizwearscool pants,” as well as Katy Perry‘s personal favorite: “I made it so we could wear tight jeans.”

Rose soon caught wind of West’s comments at the time, and had a NSFW response of her own. The model subsequently opened up about West’s disparaging comments in a podcast and penned an op-ed for Time magazine about slut-shaming and why she no longer cares about the public’s perception.

In private, she and Kardashian met face to face early Tuesday to smooth things over. “Making amends is something that Kim has wanted to do for a long time,” an insider told Us Weekly of their meeting. “Amber and Kim are both mothers, and it was the right thing to do.”
