Residents of Mulholland Park Estates in Tarzana, Calif. may be loaning sugar and lawn equipment to some new neighbors: Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom!

A source close to the couple confirms to Usmagazine.com that Kardashian and Odom are now homeowners, adding that the house is "brand new and beautiful!"

TMZ first reported that the couple purchased a $3.995 million home with enough room for a large family: at 8347 square feet, the manse includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. And, as a gated, guarded community, Mulholland Park Estates offers the famous couple additional privacy and security.

According to Radaronline, the house's amenities include a pool with a spa, waterfall and cabanas, parking for 15 cars, a home theater, steam room, gym, guest quaters and fully landscaped gardens.

Kardashian, 25, and Lamar, 30, wed on Sept. 27 and have reportedly been living in expensive hotels since their union. As for the patter of little feet around their huge new place? Odom told Chelsea Handler Nov. 6 that he'd like his new wife to get pregnant "soon."

Wow! I just can't believe how mean some of you people are!! I don't know how you can say Khloe is a golddigger either. Her father, her biological one, was a great lawyer and I'm sure left a huge life insurance policy for Kris and her girls and like it was posted before, she has stores and the shows with her sisters. She doesn't need her husband's money. If her husband was concerned with that, I'm sure he would have taken it up with her. That is HIS problem. Not yours! Believe it or not, some people do know when they are meant to be together. When I met my husband we knew within a week, we were meant to be together. We waited, needlessly, 15 years, to get married, but we are still together! People do know these things sometimes. What do you people care anyway? They aren't bothering you! They are all gorgeous girls and Lamar seems to be a great guy. My husband and I I think Khloe is the prettiest. I wish them much luck and can we leave race out of this. It's obvious they are so in love and that's beautiful. Besides if he wasn't stinking rich he's still gorgeous and smart and still a great catch. Money and talent is just a bonus!
