Her little mini-me is growing up! Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise took their time getting ready in front of the mirror on Thursday, Mar. 26. The mom and daughter duo rolled up their sleeves to apply some makeup alongside one of the actress’ pals.
The Dawson’s Creek alum, 36, shared the rare black-and-white photo with her thousands of Instagram followers. “#girltime,” she captioned. Tom Cruise’s baby girl kept her face hidden for the photo, but looked just as sweet as ever. She wore a white cotton top and a matching hair tie in her ponytail.
Word is out on where Holmes and Suri went next, but odds are it wasn’t to see Holmes’ beau Jamie Foxx. As Us Weekly exclusively reported, Holmes has been seeing the Annie actor since they first hooked up in October 2013. The Woman in Gold actress also has never brought Suri around to meet him.
“Katie is not ready to introduce Jamie to Suri as her boyfriend,” an insider told Us. “She doesn’t know if she ever will.”
In the meantime, Holmes will just stick to her “girl time” with Suri. “The most important thing for me is letting her know how proud I am and her accomplishments mean everything,” Holmes said during an appearance on the Today show in August. “Whatever I do is whatever. It’s really just about her. That’s what I think is most important.”
