Kellan Lutz has given costar Nikki Reed's fiance his seal of approval. (The actress, 23, announced her engagement to American Idol's Paul McDonald, 26, earlier this month.)

"I've never seen Nikki so happy, and we really got close throughout all these movies. I'm just so happy for her," Lutz said during an interview with Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Monday. "It's great to see, especially in Hollywood, that real lovely happiness or marriage."

The actor, 26, added that Reed hasn't finalized her guest list just yet. "I hope I'm invited!" he joked.

If Lutz does happen to score an invite, don't expect him to bring on-off girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord, 23. "We are both busy and we are both focused on our work," he said of the 90210 star.
