Looking more like a Saturday Night Live sketch! Kelly Osbourne, without a doubt, has a very strong opinion about Rachel Dolezal's race scandal. The former Fashion Police co-host mocked the activist in an Instagram photo on Thursday, June 18.
"#CallMeRachel," Osbourne, 30, captioned the controversial photo. "#MyCasualLook." In the snapshot, Osbourne is wearing a large curly wig, black outfit, and has a devilish grin.
Earlier this week, Osbourne also posted side-by-side photos of Dolezal when she was younger and of her darker complexion now. "This has utterly shocked me!!!" the star wrote. "It's a #WholeNewLevelOfWrong."
Dolezal has been pummeled with questions in recent days after it was revealed that she's been lying about being African-American. The 37-year-old was outed by her Caucasian birth parents, Larry and Ruthanne Dolezal, and recently left her position as president of the Spokane, Wash., NAACP chapter.
"There’s been no biological proof that Larry and Ruthanne are my biological parents," Dolezal told the Today show's Savannah Guthrie on Tuesday, June 16. "I mean the birth certificate was issued a month and a half after I’m born. Certainly there were no medical witnesses to my birth. It was in the woods."
She added: "I'm more black than white. On a level of values, lived experience currently. In this moment, that’s the answer. That’s the accurate answer from my truth. But I hope the dialogue continues to push against, ‘What is race? What is ethnicity?'"
