Get it, girl! Khloé Kardashian isn’t one to dwell on the past, and in a new blog post she recently shared on her website, her advice for getting over a breakup is to get a move on  wise words she’s already shared with her younger brother, Rob Kardashian.

“I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body,” she explained. “It’s a little silly but true. There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You’ll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that’s bound to make your ex do a double-take.”

Late last month, Rob, 28, was hospitalized and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, causing his family to consider more drastic measures to get him back on a healthy track.

“They’re planning on doing an intervention,” a Rob pal tells Us. “He’s detached himself from everyone. Nobody knows what’s going on with him until it’s too late.”

The Arthur George sock designer has gained 100 pounds in the last three years. Khloe, however, said she remains hopeful that she can lead by example to show her little brother how to turn his life around.

“People ask me all the time, ‘How did you bounce back from your breakup?’” she wrote. “I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject. I’m not claiming to be one, but I do have some insight to share with you dolls.”

The reality star, 31, split from former NBA star Lamar Odom in 2013, but the pair remain legally married. (The athlete was hospitalized in October 2015 after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, and Kardashian has been highly involved in his recovery ever since.)

Since pulling the plug on their relationship, she has become a face for fitness, even landing a new gig hosting Kocktails With Khloe, set to air on the FYI network on January 20.

In December, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shared her trick for quick weight loss to NewBeauty magazine — cutting dairy out of her diet.

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference,” she told the publication. “In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Kardashian previously told ABC News that she’s lost nearly 40 pounds since she’s turned her attention to fitness and health, working out intensely with trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Not to say that moving on from a breakup is all brawn and no brains. Kardashian also emphasized the importance of adjusting your mindset post-split.

“But, the most important thing is to be honest with yourself,” she added on her blog. “You need to find a way to genuinely be OK with the fact that things didn’t work out, and know that time heals all. Nothing lasts forever — that’s the good news and the bad news! Focus on the positive and don’t fake it.”
