Kris Jenner: Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick Have “Things to Figure Out,” “We’ll See What Happens”

Kris Jenner Is Hopeful for Kourtney and Scott
Kris Jenner revealed in an interview that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who split this past summer, have "things to figure out" -- get the details here.

A mother's hope. In a revealing new sit-down interview, Kris Jenner shared that she's "always hopeful" for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who split this past summer, even though the parents of three have some pretty major issues to work out among themselves.

"Scott is like my son," the momager, 59, told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush. "He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He's a great dad. They've got things to figure out."

Us Weekly confirmed this past July that the eldest Kardashian daughter, 36, and Disick, 32, had split after nine years together. The breakup occurred after photos surfaced of Disick partying in the South of France with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.

Though the two have been separated for nearly three months, Jenner said she was "always hopeful" for the couple. However, Disick has continued his self-destructive habits since the split, most recently stopping by The Nice Guy this past week for a night out.

“Scott misses his family, but it’s not enough to motivate him to change," one source told Us. “He doesn’t have the constitution to cure himself of his issues.” As a result, the insider added, Kardashian has no interest in reconciling with her longtime former boyfriend.

Jenner was asked about Disick's substance abuse issues, which, as Us Weekly previously reported, include drinking and a pill habit . "You know what," she replied. "I don't see that side, so I don't want to talk about what I don't know. I just know that, you know, they'll figure it out."

The KUWTK matriarch was also asked whether her daughter — who shares Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 9 months, with Disick — will ever forgive him for what he may have done.

"I don't tell her things like that," the mom of six replied. "Because I don't think that's my place. But my kids were brought up to be very forgiving people. My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out and we'll see what happens."

She concluded: "He's a great dad and he loves the kids and he loves Kourtney… I love him."
