Will you … still … marry me? Lance Bass was able to pull off yet another surprise proposal on Sunday, Aug. 31, when he popped the question a second time to fiance Michael Turchin on the anniversary of their first engagement.
“Who gets proposed to a second time on the first anniversary of the first proposal?? This guy!!!” Turchin captioned an Instagram photo of his new ring with black diamonds and a gold band.
The couple just returned from a safari trip to South Africa where they posted several photos with wild animals. Prior to Bass’ original proposal last year, the former boybander, 35, took the stage with his ‘N Sync bandmates at the 2013 MTV VMAs for the highly-anticipated boy band reunion during Justin Timberlake‘s Video Vanguard Award performance.
At the time, Bass, who came out as gay in 2006, tweeted a photo with his now-fiance, writing, “For the first time ever I got to perform w *NSYNC as an out entertainer and was thinking of this man.”
