Lawyer: Lindsay Lohan "Has Made Some Friends" in Prison

So, how is the slammer treating Lindsay Lohan six days in?
"She is doing fine," Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley tells UsMagazine.com. "She has made some friends."
Convicted for violating probation terms of a 2007 DUI case, the actress, 24, tearfully checked into Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. on Tuesday.

Holley slammed reports that Lohan is getting any perks behind bars (like a fancier room and a private guard). "We are not asking for special treatment from the court or the sheriff, nor is she receiving special treatment," Holley tells Us.

Although sentenced to 90 days, Lohan is expected to serve far less than that. Holley explains, "I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled" from her previous time in custody. "I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in."
Holley, who briefly quit as Lohan's counsel before stepping back in, couldn't confirm the star's exact release date. The Mean Girls actress was also ordered to spent 90 days in a rehab center when her jail time is over; which rehab is still up in the air.

"The doctor reports will play a part in the court's determination of which facility it will be," Holley says.

Actually in Ct. when you're awaiting sentence or in are sentenced you're in the PRISON cuz rich ol' Ct doesn't have a County Lockup, they do for men, not girls. Despite the serious overcrowding cuz Ct Courts send everyone to jail till their next courtdate even if they pissed behind a building or something equally petty. I was in for 6 weeks, unsentenced, for shoplifting! My celly was sentenced to 18 years for assult. Only the little girls (under 18) are housed alone. Linds needs to do her 90 or less days, go to rehab & chill the f out. She tried a fancy rehab ppl & she still kept messin up, hopefully this will show her she needs to be held accountable for her actions & it doesn't matter who she is or was.

Prison?!?!?!?! Are you freakin' kidding me????? She's in a detention facility which hardly even qualifies as a jail!!!!! And Andrea, she's in "jail" because she has the mindset similar to yours, "Me...in jail...? Do you know who I am? I'm a (washed up) star." She did the crime and thought she could get away with it, so now she needs to quit her crying and wanting everyone to feel sorry for her and do her time like an adult.

poor lindsay .. I hope that this happened to her, lindsay valued the things she knows she has and bring a better life after this and prove to everyone why she is in hollywood.I hope the press will be good to Lindsay
How nice; Lindsay is making new friends. I am sure they will be lifetime friends and drinking buddy's.Such nice girls who are being treated so unjustly. We want the people we admire to be ho's and scum.

She should go to Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew! I'd love to see her on that! I know there are lots of people who hate that television program, but I am one who likes it, so long as I have at least heard of one person participating. Those of us who have watched it are aware of the "nobody's" that they bring into it....each season there is at least 2 or 3 that I've never even heard of. SO, therefore, I would LOVE to see LiLo do it!
