Lawyers Seek Allowance for Katherine Jackson, Michael's Kids

Attorneys handing Michael Jackson's estate are seeking a court-ordered allowance for his three children and mother.

On Thursday morning, a lawyer representing the temporary executors of Jackson's estate asked a judge to approve the allowance. The judge will consider the requests on Aug. 3, the Associated Press reports.
