LeAnn Rimes: My Affair Wasn't "Sloppy"

LeAnn Rimes is firing back at Wendy Williams after the daytime talk show host called her affair with Eddie Cibrian "sloppy."
On her syndicated talk show Thursday, Williams, 46, discussed Rimes' recent Shape interview in which she justified why she cheated on husband Dean Sheremet. "It's all very sloppy," Williams said, adding that Rimes also shouldn't have referred to Cibrian's sons as her "boys." Said Williams: "The boys have a mother, and her name is Brandi [Glanville]."

Rimes, 28, quickly shot back (via Twitter): "All I know is Wendy Williams done pissed my mamma off! I don't wanna be in her path. To say, 'I've reserved myself a place in hell?!' I'm incredibly disappointed to see someone with that kind of platform use it for such negativity and could be so mean and judgmental about a situation they know nothing about...I don't like how it happened either, said it a million times, but this is out of control."

She wasn't the only cheater...just the more famous of the two. That's why she takes the brunt of it. They both cheated, wrong as it may be, but its not all on her. No marriage is perfect. People cheat everyday...doesn't make it right, but don't just single out celebrities...they are just human like the rest of us. The biggest difference (besides their money :)) is they are being followed around by cameras and we are not.
Isn't it funny how we justify bad behavior? All the justifications in the world don't make it right..
Leann's problem is that she can't shut her trap on twitter. By constantly tweeting of her day to day activities with her "boyfriend", the public will never forget that she broke up 2 marriages, one of which had 2 boys in it, in order to be with the love of her life. If she would just back off a little bit, the public might leave her alone for a few minutes. She does need a new publicist. Or a brain. It's a toss-up.
Tell me, Leslie Boyd, aka Mrs. Pfc. Boyd, what about Angelina Jolie? Can you let that go? Why is it ok to attack her and not Leann?

Anyone with eyes, morals, and respect for the vows of marriage would be calling LeAnn the same thing...maybe worse because there's nothing okay about her affair and if her 'mamma' has a problem with that than I totally understand why her daughter is the way she is now. My mom would have put her foot in my ass and slapped my teeth into the back of my face for doing nonsense like this and would totally be agreeing with Wendy whether I was her daughter or not because she raised me better than that.
I actually recorded Wendy Williams and until I read this I had not seen the episode. After watching it..Wendy doesn't say anything about a 'place in hell' for Leanne. Actually she was telling people to not judge her to fast. That being said...Leann she could have called you numerous other names that would be fitting and what most people now view you as. I also agree with the people who comment that it would be in your best interest to SHUT YOUR MOUTH. Especially since you repeatedly keep talking about your affair with anyone with a pulse. If you don't want it talked about or wish that people would actually view you for you music and not your lack of morals stop talking about your personal life. Leann, no one is scared of your mamma, obvisouly she is needs to check herself. What she should be upset about is where she fell down on the job with you. You not only disrespected your vows, but you did it with a married man. Wendy was kind using the word sloppy, I'd have said your situation was down right DISGUSTING. Sometimes the best defense is to just say, "you know what? I made a mistake." And then leave it be!! Don't offer excuses. Saying her affair wasn't sloppy is the funniest thing I've heard all day. Claiming innocence while flaunting your relationship everywhere is disgusting. Just own up to being wrong, show some remorse and stop using the affair as a way to pimp your career.

There are so many things I want to say on this subject, mainly to Leanne and her supporters on here. 1)What she and Eddie did to their exes was shady, despicable, wrong and sloppy. Period! Eddie Cibrian's wife should sue Leann Rimes for the breakup of her marriage. Heard a lot of women in that situation are doing that. Forgot what exactly the lawsuit is called though.
