Exclusive: LeAnn Rimes' Ex Dean Sheremet Weds!

LeAnn who?
Dean Sheremet -- who divorced first wife LeAnn Rimes after seven years of marriage in June 2010 -- wed photographer Sarah Silver at NYC's City Hall on Tuesday morning, he tells Us Weekly.
"Everyone says I'm getting a second chance at love, but I think I'm just doing it right for the first time," he tells Us exclusively.
The Nobu 57 chef, 30, posted a brief video entitled "Happy happy day" on his Tumblr page shortly after the blessed event. In the homemade, sepia-toned clip, a suit-clad Sheremet emerges from City Hall with Silverman, wearing a one-shouldered red mini-dress and clutching a bouquet. They kiss and happily descend the steps.

After a few months together, Sheremet moved into his love's apartment in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood in July of last year. "I'm really happy," he told Us at the time. "Life is good!"
They announced their engagement in November. But Sheremet's famous ex-wife Rimes still beat him back to the altar.

After announcing their engagement in late December, Rimes, 30, and her former Northern Lights costar Eddie Cibrian -- their affair ended both of their respective marriages -- tied the knot in April.
