Exclusive: Lindsay Lohan Drank, "Giggled" as She Tweeted Drug Confession

Lindsay Lohan certainly sounded contrite in her confessional Sept. 17 Tweet, in which she admitted to failing a drug test. ("I'm taking responsibility for my actions and am prepared to face the consequences," Lohan, 24, wrote.)
But a witness saw the star craft her statement that night on her Blackberry at Hollywood eatery Magnolia -- and tells the new Us Weekly that a flippant Lohan laughed and quaffed Jack and Cokes as she typed.

Lohan composed her missive as her assistant and a male pal coached her on how to make it "more personal," the witness recounts. "Her friend would say, 'No, use 'setback,' don't say 'mistake.' They'll say you make mistakes all the time!" The friend went on, "It's better to say you're responsible. Denying it will just get everyone mad per usual." Lohan's response: "She giggled" and had her assistant order her another Jack and Coke, the Magnolia spy tells Us.
Once the final copy was sent off to her management team -- Lou Taylor and Larry Rudolph, who famously helped Britney Spears clean up -- Lohan wasn't "emotional," says the witness.
The actress, who has been to rehab four times, even joked about drinking whiskey that night, telling pals, "What are you gonna do? I'm ill" -- making air quotes with her fingers.

Us Weekly also reports that mom Dina told guests at her Sept. 17 birthday party at Madeo's Restaurant in Roslyn Heights, NY, that her daughter - due in court Friday - would get off scot-free. "She said, 'Who cares if it's true? Our new team is like a machine. They'll squash this.'"

Our justice system is a damn joke, Lindsay will fail another drug test. Lindsay biggest threat is not to herself but to other people around her.
Actually Simon if one goes to an AA meeting drunk they are in fact allowed back, the only requirement for membership is a DESIRE to stay clean NOT to be clean. They ask u dont speak while under the influence in a meeting but to sit back , listen & talk to someone after the meeting.

COME ON that was a freaking CAKE WALK for her. I think stars should be treated just as us "regular" people are. I think we should put her mother in jail. That stupid b.i.t.c.h. runs her mouth off all the time about how nothing will happen to Lindsay because her "team" will squash it before it gets to court. And then she laughs at the justice system. I totally believe she is the main reason her daughter is so out of control. Who would want to be sober with an ignorant mother like that. That woman is going to destroy her kids lives. She would never survive if she were prevented from living off Lindsay and was not allowed to see her. That woman is pure evil and should be kept away from her kids before she kills one of them.

Who knows what is/isn't true with regards to the above 'info'. But I think we all can agree that this girl has some MAJOR addiction issues and needs helps! Perhaps rehab/MDs should ASSUME the above stuff is true so they can get her on a rehab plan to help her once and for all...or we will soon be reading about her OD'ing and dying...
Never let it be said that facts can get in the way of a true story!!! If Lindsay did post this over a meal on her Blackberry, she was really very clever. Anyone who has seen Lindsay's Tweets know that the vast majority of them are posted via something called Ubertwitter. This is an App for the Blackberry smartphone. Funny then that the Tweets concerned were posted via the Web. For this she would have needed to be sat there with a Laptop, but wait a min, the story above says she was using her Blackberry!! mmmmmm Secondly, if she was drinking Jack and coke, and giggling, then that is impliying that she was drunk. Funny, that would have shown up in her tests as well, along with the other substances. It is also well documented that she went out that evening to an AA class. Doubt she would have been invited back, as was also well documented the next night, (photo's and all) if she had turned up drunk???? I would also like to point out to all the flammers on here that the person concerned is a real person with feelings and moods, just like the rest of us. It is said that Lindsay manipulates the judicial system. Funny then that when sentenced to 90 days in prison, she is let out due to good behaviour and overcrowding. What is she supposed to say?? "No, please leave me here until I have done the full 90 days"?? Then after 23 days of rehab, the Dr's let her go. I think the judicial system failed Lindsay, as she was then discharged to the very place that she needed to avoid, the so called friends who should have been supporting her!!!! What she needs is to serve ou the rest of her rehab, and get out of LA!!!
I don't buy this story either. "A witness"? Please. At least describe who the witness is (someone actually in her party? a waitress? WHO??). Ridiculous story. If it were about anyone else it would be almost libelous. This is something ANY ONE of us could have typed up just to throw a Lindsay story on here. If this is all it takes to be a "reporter" we all could drop what we're doing and go to USWeekly and get a job. Pathetic.

This story is ridiculous. Not buying it. At this point anyone can say anything about the Lohans and get away with it. While I believe Dina probably feels closely to her supposed statement, this is just a little too far-fetched.
