Lindsay Lohan Files Appeal to Get Out of Jail

Lindsay Lohan wants out of jail.
TMZ is reporting that the actress' lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley filed an appeal Friday, arguing that the actress, 24, was unlawfully denied bail.

After Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered the actress to the slammer immediately Friday morning, Holley told UsMagazine.com, "I think case law is clear that she is entitled to bail. That is all."

Lohan was ordered to jail until an Oct. 22 hearing after she admitting failing at least one court-ordered drug test in her three-year DUI case.

One thing is for sure, she may not be acting in any legit movie or show but she does has still a fanbase albeit small and they will buy clothes from her line, and when they buy from her line they are feeding in to her drug use habit and feeding in to those who supply her drugs. The legal system won't judge her so it is up to the consumers to judge her. My philosophy is don't invest interest in Lindsay's or Paris's products. The judge made the prudent decision but so should buyers when it comes to their products.
I am so sick of hearing about her and her excuses. She has or had talent...a gift not everyone has, why can't she just clean up her act and get her reputation back?? I just don't get it..
Lindsay is out and so is the crack. In her mind and out loud she is saying "Thank goodness I can control the system and I will never see another jail cell again". She is probably high right now. Lindsay is the big winner in this whole damn circus.
She obviously cannot score in jail. She needs another fix. Keep her in jail then send her to prison for a few years.
she is not entitled to bail if she is a danger to the public or someone likely to skip out on bail---she has proven to be both. She repeatedly engages in drug use, driving under the influence, and misses court dates.

She is a coward. She said she was willing to face the consequences of her actions and can't even last the full amount of time in jail. Choices have consequences and i believe she shouldve served the full amount of time just like everyone else.. Money talks BS walks! Thats part of what's wrong with the US Judicial system! Celeb's get away with everything! Its sickening!
What's sad and makes me angry is that she could harm an innocent person with her reckless behavior. I of course don't like how she just got out of jail so easily either.

I have a Daughter and she is a hard working young woman in college ..Taking out student loans and busting her butt to get a great Education and make her way in the world..Im so sick of the focus on these dumb Hollywood so called stars getting breaks and Attention for being the dumb idiots that they are!! GO TO JAIL !! Dont pass go,.,.. I wish there were magazines that covered the hard working wonderful young people that are in America!! Why do we focus on the LOSERS???
How can she get help and learn a lesson if she keeps getting bailed out of everything? It seems that any judge that tries to help her fails because she either gets out of jail early or in this case, gets bail on appeal. Its sad, really. Only this time she has REALLY tough conditions if she wants to be out. No being around any people who are known drug users. She can't go to places that sell booze, she can't refuse any officer that has the right to search her, her car, anything on her person, probably her house, too. That's the only way I see this working. She literally can't go and have the booze. Unless she wants to buy it from the store or something.
