Lindsay Lohan may be headed back to the slammer.

The 24-year-old actress will be charged Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store.

The Mean Girls star will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. at the Airport Superior Court; she must be present for the hearing. If convicted, Lohan faces up to three years in California state prison.

Lohan allegedly walked out of Kamofie & Company with the necklace on January 22; the owner reported the theft to the L.A.P.D., which investigated the claim and presented evidence to the D.A.'s office last week.

The troubled starlet previously claimed her stylist failed to return the "one-of-a-kind" bauble to the store on time; the jewelry has since been returned.

The former Disney star is currently on probation stemming from a 2007 misdemeanor DUI case. Lohan recently completed a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint at L.A.'s Betty Ford Center.
