Tiger Woods‘ new flame is almost too hot to handle! The golfer’s girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn, is causing quite a stir these days — both for her relationship with the controversial athlete and for recently unearthed interviews and photo shoots from before they started dating. The latest headline-making discovery? A 2010 ESPN magazine cover featuring Vonn, now 28, as Sharon Stone‘s stunning, bisexual serial killer from the 1992 erotic thriller Basic Instinct.

Sporting a tight white dress that shows off her long, tanned legs, the Olympic gold medal-winning skier recreates Stone’s provocative pose from the film’s infamous interrogation scene. She bears a striking resemblance to the actress, especially with her blonde hair pulled back in a high updo. (Unlike Stone, though, Vonn keeps her legs crossed so as not to reveal too much.)

Talking about the racy shot in an accompanying behind-the-scenes video, Vonn introduces herself as Stone and recites one of the movie’s more memorable lines. “What are you gonna do, charge me for smoking?” she says seductively.

“In the last couple of photo shoots, someone said I looked like Sharon Stone,” the skier explains of how the picture came to be. “My husband and I were thinking, ‘Okay, well, what’s a good Sharon Stone movie?’ And Basic Instinct came up. And I don’t know — it just kinda seemed like it would work. And here I am.”

At the time, Vonn was married to her ski instructor, Thomas Vonn. The couple finalized their divorce in January 2013 after separating in November 2011. A year after their initial split, Vonn was spotted hitting the slopes with Woods, sparking rumors of a budding romance.

Vonn and Woods finally confirmed the rumors earlier this week, with individual statements about the relationship and a joint photo shoot. “I guess it wasn’t a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods,” Vonn wrote on her Facebook page. “Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy.”
