Big win for the Little Couple! Jen Arnold shared the good news that her cancer is in remission on Twitter Tuesday, Feb. 5, which also happened to be World Cancer Day.
"It's official -- ME 1 vs CANCER 0 . . . I WIN!" the 39-year-old Little Couple star tweeted. "Thank you for all the prayers, thoughts, & support!" She added: "What a wonderful way to celebrate #WorldCancerDay! I am done with cancer!"
The TLC star revealed back in December that she was battling a rare type of cancer, which doctors were treating with surgery and chemotherapy. "I am very fortunate as the prognosis is very good," the Houston-based neonatologist said in a statement at the time. "While there is never a good time to get news like this; getting it just as we are building our new family is tough in many ways . . . but being surrounded by the love of my husband and our two beautiful children is actually in many ways giving me the strength to fight it even stronger."
Arnold and her husband, Bill Klein, adopted son Will, 3, from China and daughter Zoey, 2, from India. The spouses documented their struggles to conceive on their reality show, The Little Couple, and announced in December that they would also be sharing Arnold's battle with cancer on camera.
Klein, 38, shared his excitement over his wife's cancer-free news on Twitter Feb. 4. "My wife has confirmed what I knew would happen all along . . . she beat the ever living s--t out of cancer," he wrote. "I love you @JenArnoldMD."
