Step aside, Justin Bieber! Lorde ditched her shirt while on a hike with BFF Taylor Swift and showed off her bod in a Calvin Klein sports bra and jean shorts on Tuesday, Jan. 13. The “Tennis Court” singer, who bared her midriff at the 2015 Golden Globes as well, paired her Los Angeles nature walk ensemble with a bucket hat.
Swift, for her part, opted for pigtails, a V-neck T-shirt, and tan shorts. The besties also donned matching fold-over white socks and tennis shoes.
On Sunday, Jan. 11, the duo joined their pals Selena Gomez, Lena Dunham, and Jaime King to party it up at the 72nd annual Golden Globes awards afterparties. After Lorde’s jam “Yellow Flicker Beat” from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 lost Best Original Song From a Motion Picture to John Legend’s “Glory” from Selma, the New Zealand songstress hit up the Weinstein party with the crew, where they laughed and danced the night away.
“Had an awesome night – didn't win but John did and he is awesome so yay. This was one of my first proper red carpets and I actually had FUN – wore a badass suit and beautiful jewelery and felt like me. Today I sat in bed watching The Good Wife and eating chocolate. much luvvvvvv. (also, I managed to accidentally but hilariously do a ballgaze hand in this photo, so i win),” Lorde shared on Instagram following the bash.
Prior to their awesome night, the besties also ventured to Catalina Island with King and another pal to do what they seemingly do best — walk around. “Wandering around Catalina with my favorite people to wander around with. @lordemusic @graciegold95 @haimtheband @jaime_king,” Swift shared with followers on Jan. 9.
