"It just works," Ed St. Croix, the Wahlbergs' business partner, told the Herald. "It's a good sounding brand we could put out the product with, a great name people could relate to."

St. Croix said the restaurant's ownership approached Tom Wahl's, a Rochester, NY-based chain of burger joints, after they discovered it sold a product called the "Wahlburger."

Now the Wahlburgers' group has secured "full spectrum" use of the name, according to St. Croix. "It worked out well for both sides," he said.

I hope it is better than Alma Nove. The atmosphere was great asz was the company. The food, however, was just ok and definately not worth what I paid for it. On a brighter note, the dessert (I had the carrott cake) was excellent.

Yes, I will eat Wahlburgers. I don't lived in Mass. So, I don't know, when. Unless, they open Wahlburgers around the state. I lived in Michigan.
