The actor was arrested on Tuesday, December 29, after the Internet Crimes Against Children LAPD task force obtained a warrant and searched his Sunland, California, home, as first reported by Crime Watch Daily. Law enforcement reportedly found hundreds of images, according to TMZ.

Lt. Grossman, Commander of Los Angeles Regional ICAC, confirms to Us that Salling is being held on $20,000 bail. According to Grossman, a concerned citizen tipped off the ICAC task force.

Us Weekly has reached out to Salling’s rep for comment.

This isn’t the first time that the actor has been in trouble with the law. In 2013, ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela filed a lawsuit in which she claimed he committed sexual battery on her by forcing her to have sex without a condom. Salling later denied the charges and the case was settled.

Salling, 33, played Puck on Glee for six seasons.
