Miley Cyrus has added a new member to her puppy pack. The 20-year-old broke the news on Twitter that she has adopted an adorable Chihuahua mix named Bean. Since announcing the latest member of her family, the singer and actress has been blowing up her social media accounts with adorable pics of her new little girl.

This adoption comes on the heels of the death of the singer’s beloved dog Lila who passed away last month, reportedly at the hands of her fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s bulldog Ziggy. Ironically, Cyrus bought Ziggy as a present for her betrothed.

“We took Ziggy to SPOT dog rescue and they found her a new home with no other pets or children just in case it wasn't a fluke,” Cyrus’ mom, Tish, chimed in on her blog in December. “So not only did Miley lose Lila, she feels she lost Ziggy as well.”

Cyrus has been devastated ever since, but she did say on Twitter that Bean has managed to bring the sunshine back into her life. “Bean is a little girl. She is a chihuahua mix of some type,” she tweeted. Later adding, “I love my little Bean so much” and “My little burrito.”

Bean joins Cyrus’ ever-expanding pack of other pooches: Penny Lane, Mary Jane, Happy, and Floyd (just to name a few), who all share her home with Hemsworth.

According to her Twitter feed, Cyrus picked Bean up at Spot! Animal Rescue, the same shelter where they took Ziggy, and that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield rescued a dog from just before Christmas.
