Mel Gibson Erupts After Oksana Accuses Him of Hitting Her, Baby

In a sixth tape posed Tuesday on RadarOnline.com, Mel Gibson loses it as his ex Oksana Grigorieva accuses him of hitting her and their infant daughter.
"You hit me, and you hit her while she was in my hands!" she tells him. "Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication."

Though he doesn't admit to abusing either one of them, Gibson, 54, can barely keep this cool.
“I want my child, and no one will believe you," he screams at her in the expletive-ridden conversation.
Gibson and Grigorieva, 40, are currently engaged in an increasingly ugly custody dispute over their daughter, Lucia.
On Friday, Radar posted shots of Grigorieva with two damaged upper front teeth, allegedly after a January fight with Gibson.

Nevertheless, detectives at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are currently investigating the incident. Detectives hope to speak to Gibson, who has yet to be interviewed.
Still no word if the case will be turned over to prosecutors, who will decide whether Gibson should face criminal charges.

Oksana has altered & heavily edited the recordings. She began this campaign when the money offered was not as much as she wanted. The claims of abuse are alleged. Her teeth have the veneers removed and one may have originally been chipped making it necessary for cosmetic dental work. The mark on infant her daughter's face has a pimple like head and looks like a staph infection. The mark is not a result of someone hitting the infant. Oksana's personal history is all over the internet and does not support her being a credible personality. Given Oksana's shaking her infant daughter,violation of a court order, insistance upon more money, alleged claims of abuse, slander, trying to damage a man's reputation, his family, his career and including using taxpayer money for this false claim of abuse in court-She needs to be held legally accountable for her actions.

Anyone who defends this guy should be ashamed. Even if she's exaggerating some of the events there is no getting around that he said horrific things, threatened violence and even admitted to violence. No one should support him. No one.
I believe her & I don't believe Mel was "set up." If I have the most heated arguement with somenone, it isn't going to make me go on some random tanget. Also some (including Whoopi) said how she should have called the police. Do u know how many women are afraid to call the cops? The laws aren't strong enough to keep abusers behind jail. They usually get released in a few days & what does this do? Make the abuser even more angry. Many women have to take unconventional measures to expose, get evidence, find safety, etc. Oh by the way, Joy Behar is way more in tuned on this issue than Whoopi...interesting. Physical proof would have been better than his word! SHE DID NOT HAVE PROOF! She claims he busted out her teeth when he hit her in the mouth but there is NO bruising or swelling nor is there blood! That would ALL have been there IF he hit her hard enough to bust her teeth! The tapes are CLEARLY edited. Have you really REALLY listened to them? You can tell by all of the pauses and by the way her comments don't match up to his rant that they are edited. Not to mention she was COMPLETELY calm even after he "hit her and their daughter"! What woman will stay with a guy that abuses their child? She even went to movie premiers with him after this supposedly happened!! She is doing nothing but LYING about ALL of this stuff!

@ LOL, yes there would have been physical evidence that she was abused, but there would be no proof that Mel did it. Mel would have claimed someone else must have done it because he didn't. That's why the tapes were a smart move. She accused him of hitting her and her daughter and he didn't deny anything.
@Kim I agree completely! She only reported ANYTHING after she failed at extorting 10 mil from him! Then she ONLY reported it to the tabloids and not the authorities! She got paid for the picture and she got paid for EVERY tape she recorded and gave to them. I agree that she shouldn't have custody!

both of them have exhibited bad behavior, but I don't really see how one negates the other. As a woman I've never been in an abusive relationship, but how many MILLIONS of stories do we hear of women who stay and put their kids in danger, scared to leave, battered woman's syndrome, whatever the latest is. I don't get it, but it's not like she is unusual. it's easy to spew opinions from the sidelines, but there is a huge part of the story missing here and somewhere in the middle lies the truth.
No way can you punch someone in the mouth TWICE hard enough to breath two teeth and yet do no physical damage the face or lips. Not possible, sorry. Second, we now know that the EX's voice on the tapes was recorded later with a professional qualtiy microphone and then dubbed in later, and that the tapes were then edited. It all reeks of a scam by a woman who grew up dirt poor in Russia and has been scamming ever since she left Russia for the UK.
This woman is truly after money. If she was beaten that bad like what she said, she should report to police right away and take photos with bloody face. Now all the stories came out after a while. And she would rather put her kids in publicity like this. What was she doing? It is disgusting.
@LOL - Anyone who would allow that type of abuse against their child pass without calling the police shouldn't have custody. You would think she would have been at least somewhat emotional even if a little time had passed. How long did she wait to report it? I don't think he's lily white, but I think she had plans when she met him.
TC any parent worth their salt would have gone to the police as soon as an abusive event took place. The fact that OG didn't and continued to associate with an alleged abuser speaks volumes about her lack of credibility. The woman is a liar. On behalf of women who are legitimately abused by their partners we should make an example of Oksana for lying about abuse. It is nothing to be trifled with in the media. Oksana also abusively shook her infant daugher like a rag doll. Over 200 women each year kill their children in this country and little was made of Oksana's mistreatment of her child. Why is that? Not news worthy enough?
