Mel Gibson's Ex Oksana Appears Bruised, Battered in New Pics

New, graphic photos of a battered Oksana Grigorieva -- with deep bruises and swelling around her left eye -- hit the web on Tuesday morning.
Radaronline has posted closeup shots of Grigorieva revealing the damage allegedly done by Mel Gibson during a violent January 6 confrontation; the site reports that the photos were taken one day later.

Grigorieva, 40, has claimed to police she was holding their infant daughter Lucia, now nearly 9 months, when Gibson punched her twice in the mouth and head.
A week and a half ago, Radar posted a pic of Grigorieva's battered mouth -- her front teeth chipped from an alleged blow. (A rep for the dentist who examined her says that the damage was indeed caused by "being struck twice.")

The latest photos could be used as more evidence in the domestic violence investigation against Gibson, 54, currently locked in a custody battle with his former love.

The Oscar-winner's legal team has fired back back against Grigorieva, accusing her of attempting extortion and leaking the photos as well as audio of their shocking phone conversations. The Russian-born pianist has denied it. "Mel is lying," she said Friday. "He's a liar."

Why did my last two posts disappear from this page? I did not use profanity or say anything bad in either post.
This 'Sharpie' text is hard to read. I understand this is a promotional gimmick to sell their pens on this site, but it makes it more difficult to read the text, which is all squiggly - looking. To whomever runs this site: please switch the comment text to verdana, arial, or something easily readable. Thanks.
@poster 'Mel could blow his child up and you Nazi's would stick up for him': I don't think Gibson is a Christian. Gibson has religion (that is, the outward trappings, such as attending church services), but he doesn't seem to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Even Jesus Christ said that not all people who claim to be Christian actually are Christian (see Matthew 7:20-23). The Bible says that a genuine Christian will consistently display the qualities of love, humility, and gentleness and *not* anger, hatred, wrath, lewdness, vulgar language, and bitterness(see 1 Peter 2:1; Galatians 5:22; Ephesians 5:4; Ephesians 4:31; Galatians 5:14; Colossians 3:8). It seems to me that Gibson fairly regularly displays anger, hatred, bitterness and not too much love, gentleness, etc., so I would doubt that the guy is truly saved- (Although I'm sure Gibson thinks of himself as being saved, as he appears to be one of those people who has an incorrect idea of how a person becomes a Christian). As for the general topic at hand: I don't think either Gibson *or* Oksana are paragons of virtue, but I do find Gibson's behavior (i.e., extreme anger, hostility, threats of violence, etc.) to be *far* more troubling than her alleged gold digging or taping of private conversations.
I find her irritating. Something about her., secretly making tapes, and setting him up . She gets him all rawled up,, and tapes his reaction. Who knows what kind of crap she is spewing at him to get him to react like this to her. Trying to extort 20 million out of him after secretly taping him. She probably called him when she knew he was drunk and went off on him, and him being drunk., reacted to her. Then she taped just his side, and not hers. Unfair.. she sure looks like OCTTOMOM.. she also had her nose done again., trying to look more like a Jolie type nose., and I find her nauseating ! She went after him for his millions, and got pregnant to entrap him to. NOW, she is going in for the 'KILL'... MEOW.. I find her scary !
Now the eye is brused but the teeth are fine? And what is her explaination for "holding back" this photo at the mediation where she sought as many millions as possible? One word: FAKED (just like the rest of her case, tapes, and injuries, and claims).
Mr Gibson has gone from a handsome, talented, and by all appearances a decent family man. Now he ended up a hostile, racist ranting, pathetic excuse for a man... How sad to see... He obviously didn't handle aging gracefully and ended up in a self destructive midlife crisis.... This broad saw this old fool coming a mile away... She has cleverly orchestated his demise and she will get far beyond the 15 million she was offered by him... She's going to walk away with many millions and sole custody of their child..... This scandle of his must be humiliating for his children.... I'm sure it has occured to Mr Gibson that he threw it all away for nothing. His wife, family, public support and career, all for this clever opportunist........ So I wouldn't feel sorry for him.. He has to take full responsibility for his own actions.....
It is not fair I think to nail Mel in th head and bury him right away. He is no innocent child, we know but that woman was bad news from the beginning,but Mel wouldnt listen.He was in love and afterwards he saw the truth, her real face he lost it.I can understand that.Please,think you were in this position. Mel is no saint, but Oksana is a liar and a manipulative extortionist, who had this all planned out right from the start. It's just not working out as well as she'd hoped.

I'm not so sure she is being very truthful. I was punched in the face, by an ex, just one punch and no one was able to recognize me, for well over one month - and after that I still had this huge knot on the side of my face...that was one hit.....so I dunno. I also was slapped by an ex holding my baby and that's scary because your reaction is to grab your face...but I just think something isn't right - on both ofhteir parts

He has been instructed by his legal team to keep his mouth shut. They are afraid that if he starts talking their defense strategy will be exposed as a pack of lies. There is no honest defense for this stone-cold psychopath.
Domestic Violence is a horrible crime which is an act of betrayal from someone trusted. The shame these women (and some men) feel can multiply by the fact they KNOW they will be judged for staying with that person and believing the lie that it will get better. It is a vicious cycle until they get the courage to leave. The fact that many of you are here and judging Oksana without KNOWING the facts and 'blaming' her... speaks for the judging society we are in and why so many women (and some men) stay in these relationships. We need to step back and let the courts decide.

What is the deal? How & why are people so desperate to prove she's guilty? I am confused as to why someone would want to defend Mel. What's up with that? What's sad is if these comments are posted by "men" it scares me to know there are guys out there like that & it's even more sad a "woman" would defend this behavior.
