Melissa Gorga revealed her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice is staying strong as the court date for her fraud case sentencing approaches, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday, Aug. 4.
The "On Display" singer told Us Weekly recently that she and Giudice had become closer during her sister-in-law's legal troubles. And when a fan called into Andy Cohen's show to ask about the troubled Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Gorga explained they talk together—and almost hang out!
"Yeah we talk to her," Gorga revealed. "She actually just stopped by our shore house, but we weren't there. She was at the back on the boat. Yeah we talk to her."
Teresa and husband Joe Giudice, who have four children together, pleaded guilty to multiple fraud charges back in March, and are preparing for their September 23 court date to determine whether they will be going to jail.
Show host Cohen inquired how Gorga's sister-in-law was holding up.
"She's good you know, Teresa's strong. She's good," the singer and reality TV star replied.
Last week, apparently trying to put her legal troubles out of her mind, Giudice shared a number of beach snaps of her family vacation via Twitter.
"Enjoying watching Gabriella surfing today at the beach," the Fabulicious cookbook author captioned a picture with her 10-year-old daughter.
