Finger wag! Comedian Mike Epps was caught flirting with a woman on Twitter this weekend by none other than his wife, Mechelle Epps — and the way she nabbed him has since sparked predictably many reactions from the Internet.

The incident began this past Saturday, Aug. 15, when the Next Friday actor tweeted at a woman named @CeciCitra.

“Hey,” Epps, 44, wrote (in tweets screengrabbed by the New York Daily News), initiating the conversation. “Are you on ig.” The woman told Epps that she was off the photo-heavy social media platform. “Wasn’t getting the likes I deserve,” she replied, which prompted the Hangover actor to tell her to “DM me.”

Epps’ wife then hilariously got involved, simply tweeting a pair of eyeball emojis at her husband and @CeciCitra.

An hour later, the woman posted a screen shot of Epps’ profile, which showed that she had been blocked by the comic.

Epps married Mechelle in July 2006, after they first met on the set of The Fighting Temptations. The comedian shares two young girls, Maddie and Mariah with Mechelle. He is also dad to daughters Makayla and Bria from a previous relationship.

His flirtatious exchange on Twitter this weekend, which was interrupted by his wife, sparked thousands of responses on social media.
