She's just being Miley! Miley Cyrus is clearly continuing her provocative streak in several recently released promo images for her upcoming album Bangerz -- and from the looks of it, the former Disney actress just can't stop!

In one particularly arresting shot, Cyrus, 20, is pictured squatting on an armchair in a white sports bra and black-and-white checked pants, her right hand grabbing at her crotch as she stares down the camera. A neon sign with the word "Bangerz" is brightly lit up behind her.

Another shot shows the pop singer with her back to the camera clad in nothing but a short trench coat, her butt all but hanging out from underneath.

The "We Can't Stop" singer has been making headlines all this week after delivering a raunchy performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Aug. 25. Cyrus took the stage alongside "Blurred Lines" singer Robin Thicke for a performance of his summer hit, but quickly stole the show after dancing suggestively around the R&B singer and even making lewd gestures with a giant foam finger.

"I think people forget what it feels like to be 20," the singer told The Associated Press just last month. "People just evolve and that's all that's happened to me. But people think a mad scientist somehow cooked up this potion and turned me into a different human which it wasn't. All I did was get a haircut and buy some clothes and everyone thinks that I am made into a robot that changes with what's popular every 10 years."

"I think some people kind of fall off and they end up going crazy because you don't give yourself time to go crazy," she continued. "That's what you're supposed to do; you are 20, you are supposed to be a mess because you haven't figured it out yet, and 10 years from now I am supposed to have it all together."
