Miley Cyrus hasn't changed much in the New Year. The "We Can't Stop" crooner spent her New Year's Eve in Times Square in a giant white fur coat where she performed her new single "#GETITRIGHT" and her emotional ballad "Wrecking Ball" just 20 minutes before midnight.
Right before the ball dropped, Cyrus, 21, took the stage with Ryan Seacrest, the host of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. And though it didn't air on TV, the chart-topper and the American Idol host locked lips as New York rang in 2014.
Cyrus took to Twitter to thank Seacrest, 39, for the smooch, tweeting, "Yay!!!! They caught our NY midnight kiss! Happy New Years @RyanSeacrest & thank you for having me."
In March 2013 Seacrest and dancer-turned-actress Julianne Hough, 25, called it quits after two years of dating. And Cyrus ended her engagement to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, 23, whom she'd been with since 2010, in September 2013.
