Ali Lohan needs a snack.
Days after the 17-year-old model stepped out in Beverly Hills with a shockingly skinny frame and gaunt, pale face, she joined big sister Lindsay on the Hawaiian island of Oahu on Friday.

For this outing, the younger Lohan (who now goes by Alianna) looked just as slim in a midriff-baring tank top and tiny short-shorts.
Ali and Lindsay, 25, were in Hawaii to check out the Pipeline Masters surfing competition.

It's a big week for the Lohan girls: As many fans worried about fledgling model Ali's increasingly tiny frame, Lindsay's talked-about nude Playboy pictorial (aping Marilyn Monroe) was leaked online weeks before the mag planned its debut, thanks to a clever Russian hacker.

Um, Aimee, I don't think all tall women are slim unless "they eat like pigs"....that's a pretty awful statement, no? I do think taller women can carry weight a bit better, though..
I'm a LiLo fan, and I think Alianna is a attractive girl, and is model material. Having said that though; why do most of these celebrities have to look or dress, like the local bag-lady (not trying to put them down), but come on, your undies exposed, raged cut off jeans. . .When I think of Hollywood or celebrities; I think of glamor and style. . .and the look here; just ain't that!
umm shes like 5 9 she should be slim, i think she looks alright taller women are usually slimmer anyways unless they eat like pigs.

She looks very thin and unhealthy. But, unfortunately, she also looks exactly like every other runway and print model that is working today.. I agree with Pamela. The problem is that "sample sizes" are a 0 or 2, so models need to fit them, and the it perpetuates a culture of women feeling like they need to be emaciated, because that is what they see in magazines... I actually feel sad for Ali(ana)...
And we wonder why children and adults have eating problems. This is not attractive, nor flattering. She needs a cookie. What about her is pretty, the fact that she can wear sample sizes of ---0, that is not realistic or normal. Someone tell Dina Lohan to stop trying to make her livign off her children, get a life, a job and stop trying to live your dream of being a model through your children.
They both used to be pretty, not now. But in the case of Ali; thats what modeling agencies want and it doesn't look good on anyone.

boy someone needs to slap the photographer, and lindsey lohan for putting shame on Marilyn, also whoever leaked the photo needs to be slapped there are somethings in this world we don't need to be exposed to. Like Lindsey lohan.

She's tall and I was extremely tiny at her age, too. I don't know anything about her having plastic surgery.
well, she is modeling...so....she doesn't look any different than most of those runway chicks; hopefully she learns from her big sister's mistakes and doesn't follow in her footsteps...
