On Monday, the motorcycle mogul was seen for the first time in weeks outside the Seal Beach, Calif. home he shared with Sandra Bullock, his estranged wife of nearly five years. Missing from his left hand: his wedding ring.
Later donning a leather jacket and helmet for a ride on his bike, James, 41, is evidently done with his reported stint at Arizona rehab facility Sierra Tucson -- where he checked in March 26 following allegations of extramarital affairs with at least five women.
Although James nor his rep ever confirmed his stay at Sierra Tucson, the Tuscon, Ariz. center specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addictions. Earlier in March, James issued a public apology to Bullock, 45 and his three kids for "any pain and embarassment" his scandal had caused. "I am truly sorry for the grief I have caused them," he said. "I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."

After James' 'adultery scandal broke, Bullock moved from the Seal Beach home to another home in Hollywood Hills, Calif. She emerged from hiding on April 16, when she was photographed hiking in Northern California -- also without her wedding ring.

"Sandra would have stayed with Jesse had his cheating not been made public," an insider says in the new issue of Us Weekly. "They would have worked out their issues." Yet now, Bullock feels she has no choice but to file for divorce., the pal explains.

48They are both very talented and in love, remember it is blind. He can do art in metal as she does on film. Most men are regular guys, Jessie is a nut, in a good way, and makes her happy, I hope he learned his lesson, I think he did. Dont judge by appearance. Life is learning. Moving away from the bad element may be helpful. I am sure time will heal, he screwed up, dont make him a martyr.
jessee you had it all, a family an adopted baby and a beautiful wife, why couldn't you keep it in your pants. if you could, you would have it all you jerk, to make it public you ruined it all. Sandra is better off without you in the picture all the time, maybe on a more friendly basic you all will be better, with the kids and all.
What a scumball/d-bag James is - he deserves what he gets. WHAT WAS HE THINKING????? Plus he and ALL of his mistresses (nasty, nasty, nasty - eeewwww - yuck!) should be quarantined from the rest of the population. No redeeming value in any of them.... I hope Sandra can move on to a happier life with a decent man who truly loves her.
I am so troubled by all this attention the media is give this, Hey Remember President Cliton when the republican want to kill him for what supposedly happen in the white house( I was not there so I can say yes it happened )thereafter how many of them got caught doing worse. for many of you who are posting your view please be careful because you might just be next. I think that its up the both parties to work out whats best for them and not let public opinion decided what best for them , we are all human and human make mistakes. let the father of all things assist you in your decision making Miss Bullock and not what people think or say because at the day end they are not any better than your husban he may be cheating but god know what the others must be doing.
The saddest part is that his children....the ones she fought to bring up in a decent, loving home are the ones that will lose the most. How sad his selfishness brought even more pain to those innocent victims.
It breaks my heart that Sandra Bullock poured her heart out to him and the rest of the Nation only to have him slap her in the fact with his cheating behavior. Why is it that men feel it necessary to "roam" when they have someone who loves and adores them and in spite of his "baggage' wants to be a part of his life. What could be so important or exciting to make it worth losing that?
I truly hope that Sandra Bullock isn't making decisions on the future of her marriage based on what outsiders think! If she wants to stay with this Dou.heLord and work it out...that's what she should do. She new he was a Nazi cheater when she married him so she shouldn't act so high & mighty surprised now.
I think Sandra should give him a second chance. This mess isn't any of her doing, it's all about his lack of character and morals. But everyone makes mistakes and if she truly loves him for everything but this mess, then she should allow him the opportunity to grow up and become a better man. Their life together in the future could be so much better with this behind them, providing Jesse does grow up. And we would all love Sandra even more.

Isn't it amazing that the only people with "sex addiction" are those in the media spotlight that cheated on their wives?? How ironic that the "common" man doesn't have this affliction.
How in the world could any woman stay with a guy that she positively knows has been cheating on her sexually? He wouldn't get within 100 feet of me. Put at risk for AIDS, HIV, STD'S, etc. These guys should be arrested for attempted murder by possible sexual disease. What sicko creeps men like these are. Poor Elin has to be in contact with sicko Tiger forever because of the kids, that would be horrible, NO clean break. At least Sandra had no kids with Jesse, sure she was close to his, but those kids have mom's, and grandma's. Sandra needs to break way, kids are resilient, they move on, I know, I was one of them once.
Another perfect example that, if most men had a brain, they'd be dangerous. I feel really bad for Sandra Bullock. She's such a sweet and classy lady. No sympathy for Jesse James. He (literally) made his bed; now he has to lie in it.
I always wished she'd marry Mathew McConahy. They made such a cute couple. Of course now he is happily married. She is to good for this jerk though.
