Oh, we are so watching. Nicki Minaj will be producing and starring in an ABC Family sitcom based on her life, the network announced Tuesday, Sept. 29.

The half-hour comedy, based on the rapper’s immigration from Trinidad in the early 1990s with her family, will focus on her upbringing in Queens, N.Y., and her subsequent rise to fame. The still-untitled show’s pilot is slated to shoot in Queens this winter.
